Theory, Practice and Jurisprudence, University of Buenos Aires. She is a Patent and Trademark Agent, member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property (AAAPI) and other renowned international associations such as:

– Associação Brasileira de Propriedade Industrial (ABPI).

– American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).

She has specialized in Intellectual Property; Trademarks; Copyright; Litigation and Unfair Competition.

Mercedes has acted at numerous INTA international committees (“Well Known Trademarks” from 2012 to 2013, “Enforcement” from 2014 to 2015, “Trademark Office Practices” from 2016 to 2019) and is now member of the Unreal Campaign Committee since 2020.

She also actively participates in the Trademark Subcommittee from the AAAPI (Argentine Association of Industrial Property).
