Graduated from Museo Social Argentino University, School of Law, Héctor Palacio served at several international committees (currently at  the Anticounterfeiting and enforcement issues committee from INTA for the period 2022-23).

He acts as Advisor for the Cámara Argentina de la Industria Plástica and other commercial chambers. He has acted as vice-president of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property (AAAPI) and is member of the most renowned international associations such as:

– Inter American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI).

– International Trademark Association (INTA).

– Associação Brasileira de Propriedade Industrial (ABPI).

– Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group (PTMG).

– The Association of European Trademark Owners (MARQUES).

Practice Areas:

He has always carried out his activity within the Industrial Property field, mainly in the area related to trademark law, either in the litigation stage as well as in the management of trademark portfolios.
