He is a Patent and Trademark Agent, member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property (AAAPI) and other renowned international associations such as:

– International Trademark Association (INTA)

– International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI).

– Associação Brasileira de Propriedade Industrial (ABPI).

He also attends every year to the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) and also the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) as an observer participant.

His work mainly focuses on Trademarks, Patents, Utility Models and Designs, Domain Names, Copyrights, Transfer of Technology , Customs (IP) and Data Protection.

He served in the INTA Unreal Campaign Committee for the 2016-2017 term. He also served in the INTA Geographical Indications Committee for the 2018-2021 term. He has been appointed to the INTA Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee 2022-23 term.
