DNU 274/2019: modificación de la Ley de Lealtad Comercial
El pasado 22 de abril se publicó el Decreto que modifica la ley de Lealtad Comercial, el cual pretende mejorarlas condiciones de competitividad de la economía, así como también simplificar y dinamizar el comercio. A tal efecto, el Decreto tiene por objeto asegurar la lealtad y transparencia en las relaciones comerciales y garantizar el acceso a la información esencial sobre los productos y servicios comercializados en el país.
