Lucio joined Palacio & Asociados in 2020. Since then, he has been a part of the Patent Department. He graduated from the University of Salamanca in Spain and specializes in Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law. 

In 2022 Lucio finished his studies at the National Institute of Industrial Property and become an Industrial Property Agent.  

He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Intellectual Property at the Austral University and is a member of the board of directors of the Latin American School of Intellectual Property (ELAPI)
