Maria Marta is an attorney at law, graduated from the Argentine Catholic University (UCA). She has vast experience in the field of trademark law -national and international- as well as in administrative law, claims and application of Law 19,549. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge in the field of Copyright, Domain Names, Tax Procedural Law and Drafting of Judgment Projects.

Maria Marta joined Palacio & Asociados in 2019. She oversees our Opposition Department where she deals with trademarks conflicts, applying the new opposition procedure. Furthermore, she handles defences, appeals, assessments and prosecutions, and negotiations. She is also in charge of drafting agreements.

Furthermore, Maria Marta has vast experience in IP law. She has been in the field since 2006 and is now collaborating with our Legal Department as well.
